Reports
How completed assessments look to management — a two-word verdict, Pass or Needs development, with the detail behind it. Below are samples of each readiness band, and of the LCS and ISO competency reports.

Strong readiness across the dimensions. Commit the seat. Confirm in the 1:1 and go.
Willingness to try new methods and question how it has always been done.
Validating causes with data rather than acting on opinion or authority.
Treating a failed test as data that fuels the next experiment.
Openness to feedback — how much a trainee actually develops.
Systems thinking that protects the end-to-end flow across teams.
Descriptive only. Never contributes to the band and is never a reason to decline a seat.
Mature and confident. Clarifies goals and delegates well.
Practical and reliable. Turns ideas into workable actions.
Top contributions: Co-ordinator, Implementer, Teamworker.
Balanced across clusters — no obvious gap to staff around.
Cluster balance — Thinking: 3.0, Action: 3.33, People: 3.67.
This report supports an in-person 1:1. It does not replace it, and it is not a decision on its own.
Part A (team roles) is descriptive. It never contributes to the band and is never a reason to decline a seat.
Part B drives the band. Three items per dimension is thin - read a weak dimension as a question to ask, not a finding.
Readiness is not competence. This says whether a training seat is likely to be used well. It says nothing about whether the person can run a project - that is the Competency Assessment.
Management
All three are required. A sitting stays pending until they are recorded.
