For CI teams in Gulf private, government and semi-governmental organisations and entities

Improvement, run as a system.

Every idea, every gate, every saving — one witnessed record.

“Every project reports a saving. Finance recognises none of them.”
What we hear in the first meeting

The platform holds the people, the delivery and the behaviours in one record — and lets nothing count as a benefit until a named person in finance has accepted it.

What the system guarantees
5
gates a project cannot skip, each one approved by a named person
1
named verifier behind every saving — and never the person who claimed it
0
external calls at runtime; the record never leaves your estate
2
languages written in parallel, Arabic first, never machine-translated

Client outcome figures — verification rate, idea-to-benefit time — will be published here as the first pilots close. We would rather show nothing than show a number we cannot stand behind.

The record, as your staff see it

The same board, in the language people think in.

Projects board — Arabic
Projects board — ArabicFour live projects. Gold is the gate each one is standing at; green is what a named person has already signed. Nothing advances on assumption.
Programme dashboard — Arabic

Three cycles, one record

Develop the people · govern the delivery · embed the beliefs

So improvement does not depend on us being in the room.

Cycle 01 · People

Improvement projects

Capable practitioners, developed on real problems rather than in a classroom, with competency assessed against a published standard.

Improvement projects →
Cycle 02 · Delivery

Project management

Charter to close on one road: method-driven milestones, coach-then-sponsor approvals, and a saving no one can self-certify.

Project management →
Cycle 03 · Culture

Change management

Belief, thought, feeling, behaviour (BTFA). Change is easy; sustaining it is the real task, and the system is built for the second part.

The problem, stated the way a buyer states it

The five sentences we hear most

  1. 01“We trained forty people. I cannot tell you what changed.”
  2. 02“Every project reports a saving. Finance recognises none of them.”
  3. 03“The ideas come in. Nobody knows who is holding them.”
  4. 04“The dashboard is green and the gate was never passed.”
  5. 05“The last audit found the same problem we closed last year.”
Twenty-eight years in the field, written into the rules

Every rule began as something that went wrong.

Each rule below was learned in a real programme before it was written into the software. The system now holds the line that people and spreadsheets could not.

What the system does
Savings reported that finance would not accept.
Nothing is a benefit until a named person in finance accepts it.
Committed and verified are shown side by side; only a verifier’s acceptance moves a saving across.
The person who delivered the saving also verified it.
The verifier is never the person who claimed the saving.
The sign-off is refused if one person holds both roles.
Gates reported green that were never passed.
A gate is passed only when a named person signs it, in order.
The coach, then the sponsor, approves each gate; a project cannot skip ahead.
Forty people trained, and nothing to show for it.
Competence is proven on a real problem, not in a classroom.
Competency is assessed against a published standard, not by attendance.
Ideas submitted, then lost — no one knew who held them.
Every idea has an owner, and a status the person who raised it can see.
The QR form gives the submitter a status link. No saving or amount is ever shown on it.
The same problem, closed again a year later.
A project is not closed until its result is shared.
Every project road ends at Close, Celebrate & Share, so the next team starts from what was learned.

No client or employer is named here. The lessons are the author’s; the programmes stay confidential.

Built for this region, kept on your ground

Five commitments

Your data stays where you are

Single-tenant, installed inside your estate or on in-country infrastructure. No shared database, no runtime calls out.

Arabic is not a translation layer

Every screen and every refusal sentence is written in Arabic and English in the same release, right-to-left by design.

It works when the network does not

Built for plants, ports and sites where connectivity is a variable rather than an assumption.

Evidence over activity

A benefit is what a named verifier accepted, with the calculation attached. Everything else is still a claim.

No AI decides for you

People score, verify and sign off. No data is sent to any outside AI service, and nothing counts because a machine suggested it.

Support

Who answers when something breaks

1
Your IT team

The system runs on your own servers, so your IT team is the first line. They see the server before anyone else does.

2
Us, directly

Your IT team reaches us directly. No call centre, no ticket passed between strangers.

3
The fix, on record

Every fix ships as a numbered, tested release with an install guide your team can follow.

Next step

See it with your own portfolio

Forty-five minutes in the real system, using your gates, your departments and one of your live projects.
